For most of us, Monday is the first working day of the week. There are 2 types of people.. the ones who start thinking how the weekend passed so quickly and we got back to Monday, and the ones that are full of energy and can’t wait for Monday to come! Which type are you?

SMONDAY: Smonday is a trending term used frequently by those who get the Monday blues. It refers to the fact when Sunday stops feeling like a Sunday and the anxiety of Monday kicks in.
A survey back in 2011 reported that the average person moans for about 34 minutes on a Monday, compared to 22 minutes on other days.
Monday is an anagram of the word “dynamo” (etymology: force, power – Greek origin).
In the U.K, Monday is a slang term used to describe a large and heavy sledgehammer.
In 2012 and 2018, there were 53 Mondays in the year. This occurrence won’t happen again until 2024.
When scientists recorder emotions of people in each day, they found Monday to be no different from Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. However, when they asked people to remember which day was the most stressful they will always say Monday. This is due to a larger emotional shift from Sunday to Monday than there is between Tuesday and Wednesday.
In any case, if we all try to have some great time during the weekend, away from office and the stress of the week, we should just return to the office on Mondays with a big smile on our face and full of positive energy!
